Message from Joint Convention Chairperson

balaram_panthi_2Dear Friends,

Greetings and welcome to St. Louis Missouri!

On behalf of organizing committee and myself, I welcome you to the annual 12th ANMA/NASeA Joint Convention 2016 in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. The world class Hotel St. Louis Union Station - a Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, has been chosen as the venue and provides its uniqueness that blends the culture of St. Louis, Missouri. We are very excited to be the part of this convention of Nepalese Diaspora for so many reasons. In fact, it is a matter of pride for the ‘The greater St. Louis Nepali Chautari (GSTLNC)’ to host and welcome participants from all over the United States to the 12th ANMA/NASeA  Joint Convention .Convention begins on the 2nd day of September  and lasts for two days.

Exciting cultural program is planned for delegates and guests that will allow all of us to experience our uniqueness. From the opening ceremony and reception to the various professional and organizational forums, Concert/DJ to the dinner, you will renew old friendships and make new friends from around the United States. The convention will feature insightful speakers from a diverse cross section of the professions and media representing all aspects of life of Nepali community.

St. Louis is known for the Gateway Arch, the tallest monument constructed in the United States at 630 feet (190 m). The Arch pays homage to Thomas Jefferson and St. Louis' position as the gateway to the West. You will enjoy the hospitality of its people, food, and architecture and get to know a lot about American history.

I am confident that you will enjoy the luxury and attain many good experiences in this convention. We offer you early bird registration options for your comfort and to save little money. Hotel rooms are highly luxurious and the conference room is large enough to entertain 1000 plus members in plenary sessions, cultural programs and musical concerts. You will be thrilled by the warm hospitality and service provided by the hotel in the dining room and the taste of Nepali ethnic food will let you feel the Nepalese traditional kitchen.

We expect to welcome more than 500 attendees from across the USA and from Nepal including special guests and popular artistes from Nepal. Our chief guests include the heads of the country of Nepal, Nepalese ambassadors, and local/ state representatives from USA.
